Born in Austria, Franz Stuhlpfarrer left for Bermuda at the ripe age of 21 to gain an international experience in hospitality and luxury lifestyle. After several years, Franz decided to continue this journey to broaden his perspective and understanding of culture in moving to New York City.
Franz has spent 30 years managing renowned restaurants such as Lespinasse and the St. Regis, T-Bar former Lenox Room, with Tony Fortuna and Chef Ben Zwicker, Union Pacific with Rocco DiSpirito, Town at the Chambers Hotel with Geoffrey Zakarian.
Franz further serves as the World of McIntosh Townhouse Manager, managing and producing scalable events including private dinners, photoshoots, film screenings, live music performances, and corporate summits. Franz also led the development and installation of an art program at WOM that supports renowned and upcoming artists, offering them a platform to display their work to potential clients within a luxury setting.
Most recently, Franz has launched the World Concierge luxury membership, Kairos proving his ability to offer experiences beyond one’s imagination.
